cold-water swimming enthusiast, chai latte devotee, and a lifelong lover of learning.
I’m a qualified, accredited coach specialising in supporting perimenopausal women with diagnosed and undiagnosed ADHD - women who are navigating emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and the deep exhaustion of trying to hold everything together.
Why this work matters to me
My route into ADHD coaching is both professional and personal.
I’ve worked with children and families for over three decades, so I deeply understand the complexity ADHD brings - not just for the individual, but for the entire family system.
Alongside this, my own journey into midlife and ADHD (combined with supporting my teenager through her own ADHD path) opened my eyes to just how overwhelming this season can be.
Add hormones, emotional regulation challenges, and a serious lack of appropriate support… and it becomes a minefield very quickly.
That realisation - especially the huge gaps in support for midlife women - is what led me here.

You don’t need another expert telling you what you should be doing.
You need someone who understands how ADHD, hormones, emotional regulation, identity, and self-trust collide in midlife - and who won’t treat any of it as a personal failure.
If you feel emotionally overwhelmed, easily dysregulated, or like you’ve lost your sense of who you are, you don't need "fixing." Instead, we slow things down and make sense of what’s actually happening - so the self criticism you’ve been carrying start to soften. Understanding comes first. Compassion follows.
This is not one-size-fits-all coaching. Many strategies fail not because you failed - but because they weren’t designed for your nervous system, your hormones, or your life.
Together, we find approaches that:
* work with your energy rather than against it
* respect your neurodivergent brain
* acknowledge the impact of perimenopause
* fit real life, not an idealised version of it
No rigid systems. No pressure to be “consistent.” Just practical support that makes life feel more manageable.
I help you change how you relate to yourself. The biggest shift my clients experience isn’t just external - it’s internal.
As self-criticism loosens, many women tell me:
“I’m kinder to myself than I’ve ever been.”
“I don’t spiral like I used to.”
“I finally understand why things felt so hard.”
“I feel more like myself again - or maybe for the first time.”
This work helps you release long-held self-judgement and begin to embrace yourself with acceptance and compassion, exactly as you are in this season.
