What if I'm already in perimenopause and everything feels too much right now?

Therapy usually focuses on healing the past. Coaching is different, it is future focused. We'll look at where you are now, where you want to be and how you can get there using a variety of tools and strategies that suit your unique and beautiful brain! That said, I am trauma informed which means I provide a safe, empathic space for any emotions that arise.
What happens on the connection call?
It's a relaxed, no pressure convo where you tell me what it is you are looking for. It helps to know what you want to get out of coaching and gives you the chance to ask me any questions you have about coaching. There's no hard sell, just a short conversation to see if coaching is the right, next step for you.
How will I know if it's right for me?
This is why a connection call is so important - for both of us. It gives you the opportunity to find out if I am the right coach for you and if you are the right client for me. I believe that successful coaching hinges on the rapport and chemistry of the working relationship. It is also an opportunity to figure out of coaching is right for you or if you need alternative support. Don't worry, if this is the case, I have an amazing network of beautiful people to signpost you to.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't work for me - what makes this different?
You are not a "one size fits all" kinda woman - we are all unique and my style of coaching is anything but cookie cutter! I blend personalised support with lived experience, warmth and humour to create a space where you are deeply seen. We co-create your strategies, nothing is forced and everything is tailored to what actually works for YOU!
What if I can't commit to 6 weeks right now?
I totally hear you! Life is busy but I wholeheartedly believe you are worth putting aside this time for you! If 6 weeks is not doable right now, that's ok! You can still access a free connection call with me to see if there is anything else that I can support you with. There's also the ADHD checklist bundle and other avenues of support are in the pipeline. There's no rush and no pressure. It has to be the right time for you.
Are the sessions weekly?
It's your coaching, you decide that Whether it's weekly, every 2 weeks or once a month - it's totally up to you. The only thing I would ask is for a commitment to sessions. In my experience (from an ADHD brain) if it ain't in the dairy, it doesn't get done. Obviously life happens and dates may need to be moved but it helps to provisionally book the sessions in your diary.
What kind of results can I expect?
While everyone's journey is unique, most of my clients leave feeling more grounded, confident and more compassionate towards themselves. You'll walk away with tools to manage overwhelm, skills to communicate your needs and to see your ADHD traits not as flaws but as part of your unique, beautiful and amazing brilliance!

Did you know about Access to Work? If not, why not book a FREE connection call with me and we can discuss it, I can even help you apply for it. It is a government initiative to help people stay (or get into) work. Especially if you have ADHD (or suspected.) You don't need a diagnosis either.
